Project Scope and Expectations: During this project, students will: Assist with website deployment and final rebranding to align with our new branding kit. Create a classroom page accessible only to registered students, updated weekly with content, exercises, projects, and assignments. Maintain the embedded chatbot on the website. Design and implement a curriculum information page. Embed a secure donation platform.

Digital Marketing for Summer Programs

Welcome to While She is True! We are seeking enthusiastic students to support our digital marketing efforts for our summer programs. Main Goal: The primary objective of this project is to implement digital marketing strategies to promote our six-week coding camps in July and August and two hackathon events in Winnipeg and Calgary. Project Scope and Expectations: During this project, students will: Collaborate with the lead coordinator to implement digital marketing plans. Develop content for social media campaigns, including graphics, posters, and short videos. Create a content calendar to schedule posts from April onwards. Strategize outreach methods to increase registration and awareness. Design job posts to recruit teachers and assistants for the summer camps. Create an advertising plan for the hackathon events.

Project Scope and Expectations: During this project, students will: Research and select an appropriate chatbot framework. Develop and train the chatbot with predefined FAQs and dynamic responses. Integrate the chatbot into the WST website. Test and refine chatbot responses based on user interactions.

Additionally, we aim to optimize SEO for increased organic traffic and introduce downloadable resources to improve engagement for parents and teachers. Project Scope and Expectations: During this project, students will: Improve existing website pages. Deploy the locally coded HTML, JavaScript, and CSS website to a hosting platform. Build a gallery page to showcase past student projects. Create a blog/resources page to provide coding tips and quick trials. Optimize website SEO to increase visibility and organic traffic. Introduce downloadable resources for parents and teachers.
