Hi there! I’m a Computer Science student at Toronto Metropolitan University with a focus on data, automation, and systems thinking. I’ve completed five Riipen LevelUp projects and am excited to continue building hands-on experience this summer through FuturePath.

What initially drew me to tech was the challenge of making sense of complex systems and data. Over time, I realized I’m most engaged when I’m solving real-world problems—whether it’s streamlining a manual process or uncovering insights from messy datasets. That curiosity has shaped the kind of work I take on. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, I automated workflows and developed tools that supported compliance and saved time across teams, earning recognition for process innovation. As a Data Analyst Intern, I used SQL, Python, and Power BI to clean, model, and visualize data that directly informed product and strategy decisions.

I’m currently exploring roles in data analysis, DevOps, and platform operations—areas where I can combine technical knowledge with cross-functional collaboration to create impact. I’m especially interested in tasks that involve data validation, systems integration, and clear communication of technical insights. These skills not only align with my strengths, but are critical for bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams.

I work best in environments that challenge me to be resourceful, collaborative, and thoughtful about the bigger picture. What motivates me to apply for projects is the opportunity to learn something new while contributing meaningfully. I’m always looking to grow, and FuturePath offers the kind of real-world, purpose-driven work that keeps me engaged.

January 24th, 2022 Riipen Intern Task Outline - This task maybe worked as a single task or broken into a subset of tasks/projects (This is a PAID internship per student via LevelUp, $1400.00 CAD) Lokx - https://lokx.ai/ Background - This request covers a number of tasks and subtasks substantially around business planning and market development.. Accepting party can choose to execute this entire request or can choose to execute only on a subset of the tasks. In all cases Lokx expects to be very actively involved in helping and mentoring the students to achieve the desired outcome. This will include, but no limited to, providing guidance, examples of prior work product both Lokx and competitors. Zoom or video conferencing calls as need be for “check-ins” and progress updates. Lokx will accept students from anywhere to work on this project. Tasks (in no particular order) Rework current Lokx powerpoint presentation including developing powerpoint master template using existing Lokx logos Develop a 1 or 2 page “marketing slick” type document that highlights the capabilities of the company and its services. This will be used as a mailout or hand out type document, aka a “leave behind” piece Assess the current Lokx website and advise on recommended changes, better SEO, structural changes, etc. Current site is developed in WordPress. Develop a plan to engage deeply in the following market segments. Public Sector , cities, towns, municipalities, counties, K-12 education, Higher Ed. Commercial, small and medium businesses, small and medium law firms, small and medium accounting firms, top 250-500 MSP/MSSP IT firms (list of top MSP/MSSPs can be provided) Survey any or all of the target segments to determine possible acceptance of Lokx offerings including: A. Is the client/target currently “in-market” and actively searching or investigating any of Lokx type offerings. B. During the survey, discover and profile the prospects “technology stack”. Enquire about what cyber security products and services they currently use. C. Lokx will help develop survey questions and they will be slightly tailored to the specific subsegment. Timeline - while we would like to get this project completed ASAP, Lokx is very flexible on overall timing.
