Carbon Floor Environmental Stewardship Project

The main goal of this project is to create awareness around environmental stewardship and strategies for environmental tourism. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching current environmental stewardship initiatives and strategies. - Developing a comprehensive plan for environmental tourism that includes best practices for sustainability. - Creating a marketing plan for the project that includes strategies for raising awareness and engaging potential customers. - Developing a budget for the project and identifying potential sources of funding. - Evaluating the effectiveness of the project and making recommendations for improvement.

Carbon Floor Shopify App Development

The main goal for the project is to develop an Application for Shopify that meets all requirements for submission to Shopify’s App Approval team. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Understanding the app review process and requirements for submission to Shopify’s App Approval team. - Determining if the app needs to meet the protected customer data requirements. - Understanding the support requirements for app developers on the Shopify platform. Carbon Floor Sustainability and Climate Adaptation (Tourism Sector)

The goal of this project is to provide destination development consulting and support services in the two Service Areas: Strategy Development and/or Implementation services, and Project Management and/or Advisory/Support services. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing existing data and research related to the tourism sector and sustainability and climate adaptation. - Developing a proposal for the two Service Areas that includes a strategy and/or implementation plan, as well as a project management and/or advisory/support plan. - Researching and identifying potential partners and stakeholders that could be involved in the project. - Developing a budget and timeline for the project. - Presenting the proposal to Carbon Floor.
