With Gayathri’s support our relations with external stakeholders have been highly professional especially in conflict-resolution scenarios. Furthermore, Gayathri’s communication style of following numbered lists and frequent messaging made it much easier for us to accomplish all that we set out to do in the term. Gayathri Baiju was always very on top of her tasks and took the initiative to clarify tasks when she had questions. I was glad to see her engage with the tasks and get the opportunity to build on event planning experience she had from high school. Rating: 5 Ifrah Rahman seemed to somewhat fade in Gayathri’s shadow. She was also on top of her tasks and stayed consistent but it seemed like she defaulted to her partner when she had questions to ask me. Rating: 4
