In this role, I conduct in-depth intake interviews with new and returning Indigenous students, and work closely with the on-site assessment psychologist, administering mental health assessment tools and writing reports to identify students' learning needs.
I also work as a collaborative member of the Student Services team, efficiently reviewing student records to document and communicate pertinent information.

I worked as a Summer Research Assistant in the Centre for Advanced Medical Simulation, investigating health innovation, healthcare professionals, personality, and simulation education. I personally delivered a webinar with over 260 attendees from the healthcare simulation community, and have since had a paper published. I performed many roles successfully throughout the research process, including but not limited to: literature review, procedure drafting, acquiring ethics approval, professional networking, event planning, data collection and analysis, and manuscript writing and editing.

I also performed various administrative and clerical duties, efficiently managed time and adjusted job methods to ensure all properties received an inspection, and generated concise reports and findings for internal use, correcting any discrepancies found.
