In this role, I conduct in-depth intake interviews with new and returning Indigenous students, and work closely with the on-site assessment psychologist, administering mental health assessment tools and writing reports to identify students' learning needs.
I also work as a collaborative member of the Student Services team, efficiently reviewing student records to document and communicate pertinent information.

I worked as a Summer Research Assistant in the Centre for Advanced Medical Simulation, investigating health innovation, healthcare professionals, personality, and simulation education. I personally delivered a webinar with over 260 attendees from the healthcare simulation community, and have since had a paper published. I performed many roles successfully throughout the research process, including but not limited to: literature review, procedure drafting, acquiring ethics approval, professional networking, event planning, data collection and analysis, and manuscript writing and editing.

In this role as a property assessor with the tax department, I conducted regular data tracking and information documentation for residential properties, communicated with city residents to verify information and address inquiries, and inspected homes to form an accurate market value for the property. I also performed various administrative and clerical duties, efficiently managed time and adjusted job methods to ensure all properties received an inspection, and generated concise reports and findings for internal use, correcting any discrepancies found.

As a gymnastics coach for over six years, I have extensive experience working with children, developing progressions for each child to learn at their own pace and writing report cards to assess progress. I also research and plan lessons, lead group activities, and communicate expectations with parents and athletes.

Working in the EHS department, I performed daily data entry and tracking, metric reporting, and completed water sampling and review of lab results. I constructed government environmental reports and drafted and updated the mill's safety policies. I also put together and dispatched mill-wide communications in a timely manner, responding to all staff inquiries as needed.

Along with my fellow research students, we presented a webinar discussing clinical simulation from the perspective of learners. It had over 260 attendees with a 4.8/5 rating and has been viewed regularly since.

Collaborated to perform a systematic review of simulation used in paramedicine, with the final outcome being a published manuscript.
