We have a strong focus on nature, nutrition and independence. We are building a new program and need to prepare the documents required by the CCLS according to the CCEYA standards.
We want to collaborate with students to edit and review our written materials and write new policies as needed according to the standard templates or according to recommendations and in line with our program values.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Rewrite current policies to update them with current information.
- Correcting grammar mistakes.
- Verifying content for accuracy and consistency.
Bonus steps in the process would also include: Suggesting additional information
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Familiarity with our organization’s values and goals
- Identification of areas of improvement
- Correction of grammar mistakes
- Verification of the accuracy and consistency of our content and citations

- Suggestions of information that may enhance the school's core values
Final deliverables should include
- Edited materials.
HOW WILL YOU SUPPORT STUDENTS IN COMPLETING THE PROJECT?
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our organization’s mission and goals
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
Students will be provided with current policies and documents. Students will be asked to sign an NDA.
