had a great experience working with the University Health Initiative Chapter Development team. It was interesting and meaningful to be part of a project that focuses on public health.

It was very satisfying to work with the employers on the University Health Initiative Chapter Development. Throughout the process, they were always polite, easy to talk to, and helpful. We were told what was expected of us from the start, and we were encouraged to share our thoughts. This made the experience feel more like a group effort than a strict instruction. In every meeting and conversation, it was clear that they were dedicated to their goal of enhancing community health and encouraging student participation. I really liked how open they were to feedback and ready to change based on what the team needed. Not only was the experience useful, but it also had personal meaning for me.

This project given by Doctor Robert was the greatest this gave me confidence in myself and helped me to get to know about lung cancer as this what I researched upon.

Working with my supervisor and collecting user feedback also helped me understand the value of teamwork and technology in health. This experience made me realize I want to work in the field of health and technology to help others live better lives.

Working with Dr. Robert Gillio and The Force for Health® team on the University Health Initiative project was a great experience. My experience with Force for Health has been both meaningful and educational. The organization provided a great opportunity to learn more about community wellness, health education, and digital outreach strategies. I appreciated how the team supported student involvement and encouraged independent thinking while still being available for guidance. One of the highlights of this placement was being able to contribute to real-world projects that focus on promoting health equity and education. It gave me a sense of purpose and helped me connect classroom learning to practical applications. I also gained a better understanding of the importance of using media and communication tools to inspire health-conscious behavior in diverse communities. I believe the experience could be further improved by offering more structured onboarding for new students, including a brief orientation or guide to the platforms and expectations. That said, the flexibility and collaborative spirit made it easy to adapt and feel included in the mission. Overall, I’m grateful for the opportunity and would recommend Force for Health to other students interested in public health, media, or community service.

Working with The Force for Health Network on the Data Analytics and Display in Health Game Platform project has been a rewarding and enriching experience.The Force for Health Network aims to empower people and communities through interactive learning, engagement, and impact-driven initiatives. The Force for Health Data Analytics Initiative aims to measure and maximize the effects of programs courses, challenges, activities, and events by evaluating user participation, health impacts, and community influence. Through data analytics, it figure out what encourages engagement, track behavioral changes, and examine potential reductions in healthcare expenses. The new Force for Health Footprint dashboard and 3D Engagement Sphere provide easy-to-read, visually accessible way of monitoring activities. Knowledge sharing through reports, social media, and professional conferences supports collaboration between healthcare providers, educators, and community leaders to ensure the fulfillment of our commitment toward a healthier, better educated society.

Thank you for your leadership and for working and managing our Cambrian students. The experience meant a lot to them.

Rob was very supportive of our learning, and was very open to suggestions and criticisms. We also met with the platform architect for the website, Lucy, a couple of times throughout our internship, as she was the one more responsible for handing UI/UX and backend work, and she was equally supportive. They always urged us to ask questions and seemed genuinely appreciative of the work that we were doing. They seemed passionate on what they were working on, and I think that passion was contagious. Overall, they were very supportive and they made it very easy to be proactive.

Dr. Rob and Lucy Howell are both very ambitious individuals that intend to create a network fueled by a truly good cause. I was impressed with how long they have been working on the Force for Health and what they have accomplished on their own. I enjoyed talking with both of them and look forward to continue contributing towards their cause.
