The main goal for the project is to strengthen MBA students' strategic management skills by partnering with organizations for real-world case studies. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Analyzing and developing strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.


- Understanding industry dynamics and strategic decision-making.


- Analyzing SpotStitch's business model, market positioning, and growth strategies.


- Developing recommendations for SpotStitch's success in the competitive landscape of immersive technology.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of strategic management concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.


- Ability to analyze and develop strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.


- Understanding of industry dynamics and strategic decision-making.


- Recommendations for SpotStitch's success in the competitive landscape of immersive technology.



Final deliverables should include:


- A written report explaining the analysis and recommendations.


- A presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations.


Mentorship

during the project, project human city will provide the students with:
