Fish Bladder Games, a start up in the children's digital health space, seeks to establish a strong and resonant brand identity for its customers; children, parents and school leaders. The primary goal of this project is to identify and develop a comprehensive brand plan that positions Fish Bladder Games appropriately in the market. The project involves conducting an in-depth analysis of the current brand value, understanding the target audience, and creating a brand that resonates with them. Additionally, the project aims to design a strategic brand marketing plan to grow and sustain brand equity over time. This project will allow learners to apply their classroom knowledge of marketing, branding, and strategic planning to a real-world scenario, providing them with valuable hands-on experience.

Mentorship

I will support learners in completing a brand analysis and brand-building project by providing them with structured guidance, resources, and regular feedback throughout the process. This includes helping them identify key brand elements, such as values, mission, and positioning, while also encouraging them to analyze the competitive landscape and audience insights. I’ll facilitate brainstorming sessions, offer insights into effective brand strategy, and ensure that learners have access to relevant case studies and examples. Additionally, I’ll provide constructive critiques on their work to help refine their ideas and ensure the project aligns with professional standards.
