The main goal for the project is to provide strategic planning, marketing, product/service development, and supply chain analysis for Project: Human City. The aim is to optimize the company's operations and drive growth by enhancing supply chain efficiency, developing new products/services, refining marketing strategies, or devising strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Conducting strategic planning sessions with company stakeholders.


- Analyzing the current marketing strategies and proposing refinements.


- Identifying opportunities for new product/service development.


- Analyzing the supply chain and proposing efficiency enhancements.


- Developing actionable insights and recommendations for the company.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive strategic plan for Project: Human City.


- Refined marketing strategies and recommendations for implementation.


- New product/service development proposals with supporting research.


- Supply chain analysis report with actionable efficiency enhancements.


- A final report outlining all recommendations and insights.



Final deliverables:


- A written report detailing all the findings, recommendations, and insights.


- A presentation summarizing the key points and proposed strategies.


Mentorship

during the project, project human city will provide the students with:
