Details

The primary focus for the student will be: (Remove any that don't apply)

  • Strategy - Develop organizational strategy and supporting implementation plan for clarifying product and market;
  • Operations - Recommend improvements or redesign processes/channels for delivering services (consulting services/course curriculum/combination of both?);
  • Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion);
  • Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure.

Deliverables

Our goal at the end of this experience is: (Indicate deliverables)

  • Strategy - For the student(s) to help us clearly identify the product/service that is adding value to society; to help us identify the revenue streams; for the student(s) to help us position for funding.
  • Operations - For the student(s) to help us implement and measure performance against the strategy. This includes identifying strategic relationships
  • Marketing - For the student(s) to help us reach more customers, effectively promote our brand, mission, and story.
  • Sales - For the student(s) to help us roll-out better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales.

Other duties the student may complete could include:

  • developing some financial modelling or financial forecast in support of strategy
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

We will plan to communicate with students using these communication tools: (list expected channels - eg. Riipen messaging, Zoom, WhatsApp and email)
