Re:Pair Genomics Inc. aims to enhance understanding of its cutting-edge genomic technology by creating a visual representation of its algorithm. The project seeks to bridge the gap between complex scientific concepts and investor comprehension through a simple, engaging visual demonstration. The goal is to develop a clear, intuitive animation that effectively communicates how the algorithm operates, highlighting its unique features and benefits. This visualization will serve as a powerful tool for presentations and marketing to investors and potential clients, making the technology more accessible and appealing. The project will leverage the learners' skills in creativity, animation, graphic design and use of video editing software to create a compelling narrative around the technology.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about biology and gene therapy.

Deliverables

This project focuses on three main objectives: an animated gif of our technology's operation, a still image of the complete animation and a short film with voice narration. These animations will be used in pitch decks, live presentations and for our company website or Linkedin profile.

This deliverable should be accompanied by a brief explanatory document detailing the visualization's key components and how they relate to the algorithm's function. Additionally, a presentation slide deck summarizing the visualization process and its intended impact on investor understanding will be provided.

Re:Pair Genomics uses AI to design compact synthetic promoters, which are DNA sequences required for gene therapies to target specific cell types. Rather than spending six months to a year to design and validate promoters manually, our algorithm can produce designs ready for testing within a day.
