The main goal for the project is to address business challenges in marketing, HR, sales, leadership, or accounting for Project: Human City. This will be achieved by engaging dedicated learners from Fanshawe College's Business Management program, who will provide tailored solutions through financial statement preparation, strategic analyses, HR strategies, marketing recommendations, presentation preparation, project management, research, and professional development strategies. Additionally, integrating CoQuest into the project offers students a real-world case study in decentralized project management, where they will analyze its technology, user engagement strategies, and potential partnerships, applying strategic management principles to assess its effectiveness and provide recommendations for growth.
