Details

To develop and implement enhanced support mechanisms for cooperatives operating through CoQuest, Concentrating on enhancing governance, boosting member involvement, and increasing operational efficiency is crucial.


 Expected Outcome:   

he proposal is designed to enhance the support infrastructure for cooperatives within the CoQuest platform.



Deliverables

1.  Governance Structure Review:  Examine the governance structures of existing cooperatives on the platform to identify improvement areas.

2.  Member Engagement Strategies:  Develop strategies to improve member communication, participation, and satisfaction.

3.  Support Tools Enhancement:  Upgrade and introduce new tools for better cooperative management and engagement.

4.  Pilot Implementation:  Implement these enhancements in select cooperatives and monitor the effects.

5.  Adjustment and Roll-out:  Refine the tools and strategies based on pilot results and roll out to the broader cooperative community on CoQuest.
