CAPRiser Advisory is developing an innovative platform for alternative investment


We're looking for an innovative student team to help us build a hybrid tokenization platform — combining blockchain, smart contracts, and asset management with real-world physical ownership. This project blends fintech, branding, and Web3 technology into a unique solution for tracking and managing assets through digital certificates (tokens) while maintaining legal enforceability.


Students will gain real-world experience in blockchain development, smart contract architecture, UI/UX, and real asset management systems, all while contributing to a market-ready platform in one of the fastest-growing luxury investment sectors.




Deliverables

Key Deliverables:


Smart Contract Development:

  • Create ERC-721 or ERC-1155 contract on Polygon or Base.
  • Include metadata fields for assets (e.g., age, warehouse, DO number, bottling window).

Admin & Viewer Web Application:

  • Admin dashboard to mint tokens, assign legal ownership, update asset status.
  • Token viewer for owners to see metadata and ownership status.

Ownership Logic (Hybrid Model):

  • Design a hybrid legal-token system where ownership is legally confirmed by a signed contract but reflected on-chain for transparency.
  • Implement a controlled transfer request system (admin-reviewed, no automatic trading).

User & Branding Layer:

  • Public-facing UI for token holders to view and manage their holdings.
  • Optional: basic wallet integration (read-only), member tier access (gated perks).


Ideal Student Skills:

  • Blockchain development (Solidity, smart contracts)
  • Front-end development (React, Web3.js, Ethers.js)
  • UI/UX design
  • Database design (PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase)
  • Legal-tech interest or understanding of asset-backed tokens (nice to have)
  • Interest in fintech, tokenization, luxury asset branding


Project Goals & Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the project, students will:

  • Understand how tokenization can represent real assets (without breaching securities laws).
  • Build a functioning asset ownership ledger on-chain.
  • Work with real legal structures and translate them into digital workflows.
  • Gain experience in launching tech that combines compliance, UX, and blockchain trust.
  • Contribute to an innovative investment/lifestyle platform with commercial potential.
