The main goal for the project is to engage University of East London learners in a real-world consultancy project with Project: Human City. The focus areas for the consultancy project include marketing strategy enhancement, project management optimization, human resources development, and supply chain optimization. The aim is for students to apply their skills and knowledge to analyze Project: Human City's needs, conduct in-depth research, and provide actionable recommendations through presentations and a final consultancy project report.

Deliverables


Tasks for learners to complete to achieve the project goal:


- Analyzing Project: Human City's needs in the areas of marketing strategy enhancement, project management optimization, human resources development, and supply chain optimization.


- Conducting in-depth research on the identified areas of focus.


- Providing actionable recommendations through presentations and a final consultancy project report.



Final deliverables:


- A final consultancy project report including the analysis, research findings, and actionable recommendations.


- Presentations of the actionable recommendations.


Mentorship

during the project, project human city will provide the students with:

  • access to organisation slack for easy communication
  • weekly team meetings and recordings of internal meetings
  • support documentation and materials on the project
  • access to digital tools
