Our organization is a short term rental cottage operation in Gracefield Quebec Canada. We ​​want to increase awareness about our cottages as a destination for fishermen.

We would like to collaborate with students to create an awareness video.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

• Familiarizing themselves with our destination, our mission and goals.
• Recording a video to raise awareness on the issue.
• Finding and applying suitable background music.
• Adding text, transitions, and overlays to the video.

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

• Presenting the video and making edits based on feedback.
• Recommending ideas and editing tools for future awareness videos.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

• Understanding of the tourism offer, our mission and goals
• Development of an awareness video

Bonus steps would include:

• Revising the video based on feedback
• Recommending ideas and tools for future videos

Final deliverables should include

• A finalized video.

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

• Our organization’s mission and goals
• Our cache of videos and pictures that we've captured throughout our journey
• Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
