We are developing a game that is currently available on Early Access on the Steam platform. The main goal is to obtain 1000 downloads on Steam, create marketing content, and brand awareness. Use social platforms such as Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, etc. to promote our product and create brand awareness.
Students will need to complete the following tasks to achieve the project goal:
- Create brand awareness on social platforms such as Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, etc.
- Reach out to bloggers and freelance authors who specialize in reviewing FPS games and convince them to write articles and blogs while promoting our game.
- Reach out to influencers on various platforms such as YouTube and Twitch and convince them to play/review our game.
- Create content including but not limited to videos, posters, and marketing tag lines.
- Seek out partnerships with various distributors, including but not limited to gaming studios, influencers, video game hardware manufacturers of both consoles and peripherals.
We will aid students in completing the project by issuing the following:
- Giving students accounts on various social platforms (i.e. Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, etc.)
