The project goal is to engage students from the First Nations University of Canada to provide strategic Human Resource & Industrial Relations solutions for Project: Human City. Through comprehensive reports and presentations, students will apply their skills in areas such as performance management, job analysis, and talent acquisition to address real-world challenges faced by collaborating businesses.

- Comprehensive reports and presentations addressing real-world challenges in the areas of performance management, job analysis, and talent acquisition.


- Application of skills in Human Resource & Industrial Relations solutions to provide strategic solutions for Project: Human City.

Mentorship

during the project, project human city will provide the students with:

  • access to organisation slack for easy communication
  • weekly team meetings and recordings of internal meetings
  • support documentation and materials on the project
  • access to digital tools
