Details

The main goal of this project is to create profiles and archetypes for how people utilize space and how that is or can be communicated through data. These profiles should clearly indicate how different roles data uses in order to impact the use and optimisation of space. This project should result in a detailed guide for the application of data on the choices of people navigating cities, a framework for conducting further research and data collection methods, a catalog of literature that supports or explains the use of public space and its socialized uses.

Deliverables
  1. review datasets and categorize their usefulness in influencing different planning choices using organization existing data structures
  2. apply planning principles to datasets and design methods for better analyzing impact of data collection and utilization
  3. Create a framework and guide/report applying learned knowledge to data and information systems and public (level) interpretation of data utilization methods
