This proposal will lead to the development of a refined project support system within CoQuest, facilitating better internal team support and improving overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
1. Feature Analysis: Review the existing tools and features on CoQuest related to project support and identify areas for improvement.
2. Stakeholder Interviews: Conduct interviews with project managers and team members to understand their challenges and expectations.
3. Technology Integration: Explore the integration of additional technologies like AI for task automation and predictive analytics.
4. Feedback Loop Creation: Implement mechanisms for continuous feedback and improvements during project cycles.
5. Implementation of New Support Features: Develop and test new support features based on the data collected.
students will have access to:

- A dedicated slack channel with access to Organization staff as needed,

- Github
- Access to user testing groups
In addition students will have weekly meetings with staff
