The goal of this project is to review BoardSpace's current strategic marketing and social media presence, and to develop a plan for improvement. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the current state of BoardSpace's strategic marketing and social media presence.


- Analyzing the current customer base and identifying potential target markets.


- Developing a comprehensive plan for improving BoardSpace's strategic marketing and social media presence.


- Implementing the plan and tracking the results.


- Evaluating the effectiveness of the plan and making adjustments as needed.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of BoardSpace's current strategic marketing and social media presence.


- Identification of potential target markets.


- Development of a comprehensive plan for improving BoardSpace's strategic marketing and social media presence.


- Implementation of the plan and tracking of the results.


- Evaluation of the effectiveness of the plan and making adjustments as needed.



Final deliverables should include:
