Positions available: One

The research assistants will support the research initiatives under the guidance of the research faculty.

Areas of inquiry will include Human resource management.

The position requires skills in data retrieval and manipulation, empirical methods, and data display.

The project may include, but is not limited to:

  • Helping with data collection and discussing the analysis and results.
  • Reviewing the data for validity and reliability via participants' answers.
  • Learning about design and execution of empirical tests.
  • Supports the project by surveying the literature and writing literature reviews.
  • Possibly contributing to the development of research projects.
  • Helping with project management and timelines.
  • The final project deliverable is a research study that will be published at academic conferences and in academic and practitioner journals in the field of Human Resource Management.
  • Adding and double-checking references using Zotero software.
