The main goal for the project is for MBA students to apply marketing concepts to devise realistic and feasible strategies for Project: Human City, a nonprofit organization striving for global establishment of IoT infrastructure, free access to the Internet, a global standardized free education system, social learning, environmental stewardship, and equal opportunity for all.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Conducting a situational analysis to understand the challenges faced by Project: Human City.


- Proposing effective solutions to enhance target public awareness, segmentation, volunteer recruitment, and promotional activities.


- Tailoring recommended strategies to the specific needs of Project: Human City.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- Written reports outlining recommended marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of Project: Human City.


- Oral presentations outlining the proposed strategies.



Final deliverables:


- A comprehensive written report detailing the situational analysis and proposed marketing strategies.


- An oral presentation summarizing the key findings and recommended strategies.


Mentorship

during the project, project human city will provide the students with:

  • access to organisation slack for easy communication
  • weekly team meetings and recordings of internal meetings
  • support documentation and materials on the project
  • access to digital tools
