Like students, our SEEDA team had a great deal of learning experience. All Lessons Learned will be used to improve future projects.

Great program and opportunity for small charities like ours to receive support and skilled and knowledgeable students. The efforts by the students on this project will undoubtedly allow CCHA to continue pursuing health equity for Canadians living with congenital heart disease.

Although, I had some students who were overwhelmed by having too many projects and left my project - I couldn't be happier with the results of the 3 students I did get.

This is my first time using the program, and I am very impressed. I will definitely continue to use it. The ability to take on short-duration, quick and accurate projects such as these is appealing. The quality and professionalism of the work provided by the students is valuable to me as a business owner.

Level Up is an amazing program to help small businesses like me to get some help without the need to spend your own capital. Getting students and building connections personally is something that really stood out for me.

Great to be aligned with Level Up supporting students to thrive and develop essential skills.

Working with LEVEL UP was a good experience. Communication was clear and consistent, along with the operations and administration and helping our organization achieve its goals.

Overall the LEVEL UP program is great, but a few students who signed up last minute had to drop out because they really didn't have the time to do what was required. That resulted in some wasted time that offset some of the benefits of the students who did good work. 80 hours goes by quickly in some regards, and a couple students finished their hours before doing all I had hoped. Part of that is a matter of me learning how to best scope projects that are realistic for the allocated time.

Excellent project, not only benefited the students, but also the companies in learning from the young talents.
