Thank you for the opportunity to contribute to your company’s n8n workflow project. Working within the parameters of our own credits and free-tier resources provided valuable insights into both the strengths and limitations of the n8n platform, particularly regarding feature access, execution speed, and workflow scalability. Despite some resource-related constraints, such as the need for Canva’s Enterprise API, this project deepened our understanding of optimizing AI automation in a cost-conscious environment and highlighted the expenses associated with the current AI landscape. Additionally, our exploration of n8n’s new support for MCP (Model Context Protocol) allowed us to evaluate its potential for streamlining AI tool integration and task automation. However, we identified security concerns related to node management that warrant careful consideration moving forward. I hope that our research—including our findings on MCP node management security—and the additional workaround information we provided will be helpful for the next team.
