Would you like an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of your organization’s external communications strategy? Individual upper-level students will produce a case study analysis of your business’s key messages, with recommendations for areas of improvement and revised key messages, as well as a social media plan.

The social media plan will outline how to either build on what you’re currently doing, or improve your current plans, including suggestions for frequency of posting for each social media platform, and hashtags you should be working with.
