Based on a combination of internal and external factors, the teams will complete an analysis and provide strategic recommendations, practical options, and design an action plan appropriate to your business situation.

As a participating organization, you will provide a specific question, topic, challenge, or opportunity that will be the focus for review, analysis, and recommendations by the team.
