After spending 2.5 months of work dedicated to your organization, the group of student-consultants will present a 15-minute presentation on their strategic HR recommendations that will help your organization propel forward.

A group of student-consultants will research, analyze, and provide actionable recommendations to an HR challenge or opportunity that is specific to your organization. This could include, but is not limited to, HR initiatives related to:

Recruitment processes and strategy
Decreasing on-boarding costs
Training & development or compensation planning
Acquisition transitions and building culture

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Q1 - Checkbox

Be available for a 1-hour meeting (virtual, phone, or in person) at the start of the project to introduce your company and the problem or opportunity you'd like consultation on

Q2 - Checkbox

Be available for 2 more check ins (1 hour, could be virtual or in person) to make sure that the students are on the right track

Q3 - Checkbox

Provide relevant information (financial, marketing, segmentation, etc) in order for the students' work to be relevant to your organizations's needs

Q4 - Checkbox

Be responsive to periodic emails to answer any questions or concerns that the student(s) may have as they progress

Q5 - Checkbox

Attend the final presentations
